Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Due to the nature of our products and personal hygienic reasons all sales are to be considered FINAL SALE. If in the event you ordered the wrong product we will consider your request on a case by case basis. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must notify us and return the item within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is defective due to manufacturer defect such as those in the tools category, we will assist you in providing the manufacturers contact information for warranty purposes.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt with reference to the original order number. Please include a printed copy of any previous correspondence.
Due to the nature of our products you must acknowledge that items are sold as FINAL SALE. Items can not be returned if they are opened. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. In the event an order is accepted for return, you must pay return shipping. COD returns or the like will be refused and returned to sender at your cost.
If your item is in like new condition and accepted by our return department, you may exchange your item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. In the event a shipping rate at checkout is substantially inaccurate we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order. In the event your order is cancelled or requires adjustment you will be notified so a resolution can be reached.
Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders reaching $100 before applicable tax. Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped via Regular Parcel Canada Post services.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
There is absoutely no warranty provided by Theresa Nicole's Home Salon on hair care products. We cannot guarantee any specific results or control how the products are applied. Any issue that arrises from the use or misuse of the products purchased from us will need to addressed with the manufacturer of said product. Applicable warranty on products such as tools will be through the manufacturer. We will assist in providing contact information for any manufacturers required as requested. Once your order has been placed we aim to have it ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. This e-mail will include what hours the item is available for pickup. Please do not show up unexpected as you will be turned away.
